Compatible vs incompatible ($A \cap B = \varnothing$) and dependent vs independent ($P(A \cap B) = P(A) \cdot P(B)$). Venn diagrams and 4 exercises.

Chained events — multiplication rule $P(A \cap B) = P(A) \cdot P(B \mid A)$. Examples with and without replacement, tree diagram and 5 exercises.
